Can anyone guess what part to repair: engine is leaking, check engine light only goes off for a few days after?

It's a Chevy Cavalier, 2001 Just guess, what this means: The engine is leaking, (but only a small amount), check engine light only goes off for a few days after getting an oil change, and then a few days later the check engine light is back on again; what kind of weird engine leak could it be?

|||Could be multiple issues. Have the car scanned to get the check engine code and go from there. My guess without that information is a bad PCV valve which would cause the light, and could be the cause of an oil leak.|||WHAT IN HECK IS IT LEAKING? OIL, COOLANT? AND WHERE IS IT LEAKING?|||Take your car to auto zone, they will check your check engine light for free and tell you what is wrong with it.|||there may be a problem with the engine oil pan look under the car if the oil is kind of yellow then it is the oil

or it may be the coolant leaking, these chevy cars have alot of problems with coolant if the oil substance is reddish (some GM cars use DEX-COOL antifreeze) it may be the coolant.

hope it helps
