I often have to deal with customers whose English is not their native tongue. I notice that I am often able to guess what their emails are talking about where most would just get frustrated to the large amt of grammar and sentence structure errors.
I am trying to find a word to describe this ability. I wanted to say 'perceive' but I am not sure.
Any ideas?|||Intuitive|||It sounds like it has a bit to do with intuition, but mostly patience, empathy and attention to detail.
I would call you 'astute', as you seem to be able to pick out meaning where others may find none.|||lucky
