What is the difference between a hypothesis and an educated guess?

the difference between a hypothesis and an educated guess?|||In the scientific method, the hypothesis is a guess at an answer to the problem proposed. However, it isn't a random guess. Between the hypothesis and problem is a step of gathering data. Then, based on your data, you postulate what the answer to the question is.





Educated guess is nothing but guessing on the basis of knowing things well and not spending time in trying to gather data.





Hypothesis are sometimes Educated guess!|||There is no difference besides the name. A hypothesis is an educated guess that is used mostly in science. So basically hypothesis is the fancy way of saying an educated guess.
