How do i adjust the steel band on guess watches?

I recently received a Guess 'Steel Hype' Watch from a friend. It's brand new but the steel band needs to be adjusted to fit my wrist. Anyone know how i can do this?|||There should be adjustment holes on the clasp part. Carefully remove one of the pins from those holes and put it into another hole making it smaller. Usually that is all you need, but if that doesn't make it small enough then there are screws instead of pins on some of the links. Remove one link at a time, alternating sides until it fits. You may have to readjust the clasp setting. Or take it to a Jeweler. I used to work in a Jewelry Dept., where I did watch adjustments, setting them, and changing the batteries. If you go to a Jeweler, expect $5-$15 depending on your area. If you are nice to them sometimes they will do it for free for you, especially if they aren't busy.|||You will need to have a few of the links of the band taken out. This can be done at pretty much any jewelry shop.|||If it's too big, take it to your local jeweler to take off a couple of links. If it's too small, I guess I would just change the band to a "long" band or to a leather band. If you don't change it, it'll drive you nuts!
