What are the rules when a woman asks you to guess her age?

A girl asked me to guess and I guessed five years older and I can tell she was offended. Am I supposed to be honest or should I always low ball it?|||IMO, she got what was coming to her. it seems dumb to ask if you're going to get offended.

If she's annoying, and you can tell she thinks she looks awesome, guess about 15 years older. To answer your question i think you should be honest, if they get offended its their fault for asking you to guess, you don't have to apologize.|||Try your best to guess right. C. :)|||Just be honest..I personally hate the "Guess my age, weight, bra size..." attention seeking bs|||If she appears to be over 30 then guess younger. It will make her feel better. But If she looks younger than that try to guess her age. I am 23 and people tell me I look like I am 17...not good. I have suffered through the awkward teen years and deserve the respect that comes with my age (granted it still isn't too old but...) I don't want to be mistaken for an immature high schooler.





So try not to go too young, it will be just as much an insult as guessing too old.|||Always guess a number between 18-25 if she is 14-40. 18 if she looks 14. 25 if she looks 40. Any older than that just say "what ever your number is, your beautiful."





A little info from me to you: There's three reason a women/girl would ask this.





1. She forgot your name and trying to play this to guess your next to see your ID. That way she can look at it with and find out what it is with out asking.





2. She's flirting ant just trying to get you to talk and, more importantly, compliment her.





3. This is the most likely, she is insecure and fishing for a compliment.|||The Name Game Official Rules;





Rule 1: If the woman looks 30 or older always guess 5-10 years younger.


Rule 2: If the woman looks like she is in her teens then it is ok to guess 1-3 years older.


Rule 3: If you have no idea what her age is; then the official way to quit the game is to say "You look so beautiful I cannot concentrate on how old you look.

Really, otherwise you are bound to get in trouble!|||Nobody should be offedend, however some girls do since some persons think women have an expiration date. I would say a polite way to confirm that believe sucks, is not to play that silly game, tell her "age is nothing but a number"|||Although people open the door when asking such questions, a wise and kind person, especially a gentleman, would low ball her age.
