Does anyone have a guess when airplane tickets prices are going down?

I'm planning to go to mexico in December and i was looking at the plane tickets and they have gone up alot. I checked them in April and they where 350.


now they are 500!! does anyone have a guess when they might go down again?|||Not going down until the airlines start losing customers in massive numbers. When I can, I drive. Cheaper, more leg room, and for anything under a 5 hour drive, faster (45 minutes to the airport, the same at the other end, an hour for security, is equal to 150 miles or more on the road).|||Probably when gas prices go down.|||Airline tickets won't go down as long as the price of oil increases. The only way you're going to see prices drop, barring a fare sale, is to hope that the price of oil goes below $100 per barrel again.|||I'm not sure that they will go down again until the gas prices go down.|||The gas prices wont go down until this oil problem ends. Because the planes need gas to run if it cost more to fuel the plane it will cost more to fly the plane
